Equipped with complete manufacturing facilities, including two resin sand treatment production lines respectively of 15T/h and 25T/h, 7 sets of high speed continuous sand mixers of various tonnages, 4 sets of 5 tons/hour and 10 tons/hour hot air cupolas, 2 sets of 5-ton intermediate frequency coreless induction heat preserving electric cooker, two sets of 30M3 and 20M3 large-sized annealing drawing furnace, three sets of 20-ton, 15-ton and 10-ton bench-type abrator, large tonnage crane, air compressor, and other equipments, totally over 60 sets, the company is professionally specialized in producing castings of various trademarks used in machine tools, moulding machine, Die-casting machine,pressing machine,pump valve, general machine and other industries. In order to assure the inner and outside quality of casting articles, the company chooses high standard raw material and have them physically and chemically inspected.
